What happens? Rory is on jury duty when two men break in and take hostages and the police come and it's a stand off.  Why? Spoiler alert, they are after her.
How long was this? 400 pages
Did I like this? Pretty good, would try this author again

What happens? Ex-step daughter Abby turns up drunk, ex-husband is dead. Police say suicide by drugs and alcohol but he didn't do drugs.  Ex-step daughter disappears.  Fiance warns not to get involved.  Pediatrician gets involved.
How long was this? 371 pages
Did I like this?  Yes, good story, not too aggravating

What happens? 1989 and a 10 year old high school sexual assault that was video taped and murder comes back to life when the tape re-emerges when someone tries to blackmail one of the convicted murderers with the tape when he gets out on parole
How long was this? 496 pages
Did I like this? Yes, good grafton...her last one
