Did I like this? The first half or so was a bit boring, but the action engaged and the second half was great.

What happens? Masha nearly dies of a stroke, forms a health retreat with Yao (paramedic) and Delilah to help her. She goes off the rails and creates some strange transformational strategies.  Mayhem ensues.
How long was this? 450 pages
Did I like this? A bit long, great in parts (the end), torture through the middle.
