What happens? Katie has a baby at 2 am in the barn, and the baby is found hidden and dead. Katie is tried for murder. Ellie is burned out on corporate lawyering and takes on her case, and moves in with her as a bail condition.
How long was this? 405 pages
Did I like this? Exceptionally good book, including page 230. Great plot, great characters.
